    About the Speakers:

    AndreaRagan is the Executive Director of the Capital Area IT Council, responsible for providing workforce development resources to IT employers in the Greater Lansing area such as networking capabilities, an understanding of industry trends and initiatives, and access to a talented workforce.Andreapreviously served as the Talent Retention Director for the Lansing Economic Development Corporation and Marketing Manager for Downtown Lansing, Inc. She is a Northern Michigan native, with roots and relatives in Southeast Michigan. Upon completing her Bachelor's degree in Community, Agriculture, Recreation and Resource Studies at Michigan State University, she has subsequently remained a permanent Lansing resident and enthusiast.

    Chris Sell is a business developer, alumni relations officer, project manager, and career educator. He currently serves as the Director of Alumni & Entrepreneur Engagement at the MSU Innovation Center. With over six years of experience in higher education, he is deeply committed to cultivating relationships between industry, alumni, and students to retain and attract talent to Michigan and contribute to the state’s revitalization. Chris applies his passion for Lansing in numerous ways – he is a Board Member for Impression 5 Science Center, and is the founder and Executive Director for Lansing 5:01, a non-profit organization that creates unique programming and events to help attract and retain college graduates and young professionals to the Lansing community.

    Ally Caldwell is an account coordinator who works as a liaison between clients and all internal team members to effectively and efficiently achieve client marketing and advertising goals. Caldwell brings her background in communications, social media and public relations to Güd Marketing, where she utilizes her strong work ethic and organizational skills. In addition to account management, she has been involved in content marketing, public relations, media tracking and research. Ally has experience working with local, statewide and national organizations in a variety of industries including natural resources, education, transportation and housing. Ally is a proud alumnus of Michigan State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in communication.
